Booking and Reservations
How to Book a Skip
To book a skip, customers can use our online booking system or contact our customer service team. Reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Reservation Confirmation
Once a reservation is made, a confirmation email will be sent detailing the booking information, including the scheduled delivery and collection times.
Payment Terms

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled hire start time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the hire start time may incur a cancellation fee.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the booking.
Liability
Damages and Incidents
Customers are liable for any damage to the skip beyond normal wear and tear. In the event of damage, customers must inform us immediately to arrange for repairs or replacements.
